Growth & Digital Marketing Specialist
The opportunity
Get Navierre's story in front of the right insurance buyers and turn interest into useful sales conversations. We are looking for a resourceful operator who personally builds campaigns, writes and publishes content, configures workflows and learns from results. This is an execution role, not a position centered on supervising agencies or building a team.
What you'll do
- Run focused insurer campaigns. Build and execute account-based email, LinkedIn and other relevant campaigns around agreed carrier targets, buyer groups and product use cases.
- Turn creative into live activity. Adapt approved messaging into channel-specific copy, publish assets, build campaign pages and calls to action, and coordinate launches with the Brand & Creative Marketing Specialist.
- Operate marketing systems. Configure CRM-connected campaigns, segmentation, lead routing, nurture sequences and follow-up automation. Maintain accurate campaign and engagement records.
- Make events productive. Execute webinar and conference promotion, registration, reminders and post-event follow-through with Sales, including timely lead handoffs.
- Improve the website's contribution. Publish updates, maintain conversion tracking, improve search discoverability and test forms, landing pages and customer journeys within the approved platform.
- Measure meaningful results. Track target-account engagement, qualified conversations, conversions and campaign costs. Report clearly on sourced versus influenced opportunities and what should change.
- Use automation responsibly. Apply approved AI tools to drafting, repurposing and routine operations. Check claims and data quality, respect contact preferences and keep sensitive data out of unapproved tools.
What you bring
- 3+ years of hands-on B2B digital, campaign or growth marketing experience, with examples of campaigns you personally built and operated.
- Practical ability with email and marketing automation, CRM-connected workflows, segmentation and lead handoffs; comfortable configuring tools rather than only directing others.
- Strong writing and execution skills, including turning product messages into useful campaign copy, web updates and event communications.
- Confidence with website analytics, conversion tracking, spreadsheets and basic campaign experimentation; able to explain results without overstating attribution.
- Independent organization and follow-through across multiple deliverables, with a focus on qualified enterprise opportunities rather than activity or vanity metrics.
Also valued
- Enterprise SaaS, insurance technology, healthcare analytics or another complex B2B market.
- Account-based campaigns, webinars, conference follow-up, LinkedIn campaigns or partner marketing.
- Hands-on website CMS, search optimization, simple integrations and AI-enabled workflow automation.
Your first 90 days
- First 30 daysAudit channels and tracking, agree target accounts and launch priorities, and establish reliable campaign-to-sales handoffs.
- By 60 daysLaunch coordinated campaigns and nurture workflows, with clear reporting on account engagement and qualified responses.
- By 90 daysOperate a repeatable campaign calendar, complete at least one structured test-and-improve cycle and show how activity contributes to sales conversations and opportunity progression.
How success is measured
Sales-accepted conversations, engagement within target accounts, response and conversion quality, timely follow-up, campaign efficiency and credible pipeline contribution.
How you work with the team
Sales Intelligence supplies account research; Brand & Creative Marketing owns the narrative, concepts and core content; Sales owns qualification and closing. You own distribution, campaign operations and measurement. Both marketing specialists report to the CEO initially.
What to send
Include a resume and two or three campaigns you personally executed, explaining the audience, workflow, your contribution and the results. Be prepared to outline a practical insurer campaign and its measurement plan.
