Senior Brand & Creative Marketing Specialist
The opportunity
Own how Navierre tells its story and shows up in the market, and personally create the work. We are looking for a creative storyteller and hands-on maker who can turn complex ideas into compelling messages, original concepts and finished content. You will help shape the brand, improve the brief and bring ideas proactively. This is not a design-only, spokesperson or agency-management position.
What you'll do
- Shape the story. Turn product capabilities and insurer needs into clear positioning, messaging and creative concepts for Orion, Risk Radar and Eterna. Develop ideas rather than wait for detailed instructions.
- Write and create finished materials. Personally produce sales decks, one-pagers, website copy, case studies, infographics and campaign assets, combining strong writing with polished visual execution.
- Bring products to life. Create landing-page concepts, product walkthroughs, short videos and simple motion graphics. Publish through approved website tools where practical and partner with engineering on complex changes.
- Build a consistent brand. Maintain a recognizable voice and visual identity across channels, with reusable templates, organized assets and high standards for clarity, accessibility and quality.
- Create campaigns and thought leadership. Work with sales, AI and clinical colleagues to turn approved insights into useful content, launch themes and event stories. Partner with Growth Marketing on distribution.
- Represent Navierre with confidence. Help bring the story to life in customer-facing content, webinars and conferences when needed. Support engagement without taking over enterprise sales or event operations.
- Produce responsibly. Use approved AI tools to accelerate ideation and production. Validate product claims, obtain permissions and protect confidential information; never invent results, endorsements or evidence.
What you bring
- 5+ years of relevant brand, creative marketing, content or design experience, with a portfolio showing work you personally conceived and produced.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling alongside visual craft. Able to explain a complex product clearly and translate a business problem into an original creative direction.
- Hands-on Figma and Adobe Creative Suite skills, or comparable tools, plus confidence creating editable presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Practical web or landing-page design and short-form video skills. Able to create finished assets independently; full-stack development expertise is not required.
- Initiative, attention to detail and sound commercial judgment. Comfortable collaborating in person, receiving feedback and communicating the brand with customers or industry audiences when needed.
Also valued
- Creative-agency or B2B technology experience; insurance knowledge is useful but not required.
- Website publishing in Webflow, Framer, WordPress or comparable tools; data visualization, motion design and product-demo production.
- Thought leadership, event storytelling, brand systems and responsible AI-assisted creative workflows.
Your first 90 days
- First 30 daysLearn the products and buyers, audit current messaging and creative, propose a coherent brand direction and improve priority sales assets.
- By 60 daysDeliver a reusable narrative and deck system, refreshed priority website content and a coordinated campaign concept with finished assets.
- By 90 daysEstablish a dependable content and creative rhythm; publish a polished product story or demo and reduce founder-dependent production and rework.
How success is measured
Clarity and originality of the story, quality and usefulness of finished work, timely delivery, brand consistency and reduced rework. Review target-account engagement jointly with Growth Marketing.
How you work with the team
The CEO sets priorities; product and domain specialists validate claims. You own the narrative, concepts and finished content. Growth Marketing owns campaign operations, distribution and measurement. No direct reports; not a full-time product-UX or enterprise-sales role.
What to send
Include a resume and portfolio with two or three projects showing the original problem, your concept, copy and finished execution. Include B2B storytelling, presentation and web or video examples. A short, paid creative exercise may form part of the process.
